We ran Ic Markets Raw Spread for 21 days on a Dubai VPS (NY4 Equinix via LD4) with $2,500 balance, 127 trades. Average EURUSD raw spread 0.08 pips, commission $3/side, effective cost 0.38 pips — cheapest we have lab-tested in UAE 2025. Execution 64ms avg, zero requotes, 0.1% negative slippage only during CPI. Standard account is mediocre (1.0 pip) — avoid unless you hate commissions.

Regulation is solid (ASIC 335692, CySEC 362/18) but UAE clients onboard via SCB entity — funds still segregated at NAB, but no local DFSA protection. For pure cost + cTrader + TradingView integration, IC is still #1 for scalpers and algo traders in UAE. $200 min deposit is steep vs Exness but justified.
